Claims Proceduces & Guidelines!



1. Make a Police Report within 24 hours after the occurrence of the accident.

2. Select and Report to one of the Panel of the Motor Insurance.

3. Documents Required (at the Panel’s Office)
   (i)Fill a Motor Insurance Claim Form;
   (ii)Furnish the Police Report;
   (iii)Copy the Name and I.C of the Driver;
   (iv)Driving License of the Driver;
   (v)Green Card (Car Registration Card);
   (vi)Car Insurance Policy;
      >Then, notification to the Insurer from the Panel.
      >Insurer would assess and appoint the adjuster.
      >Adjuster makes and furnish a report to the Insurer.
      >Seeking Insurer’s approval.
      >Furnish car Repair Bill to Insurer.
      >Claimant shall sign Discharge Voucher.
      >Finally, payment of cheque.
