Quarterly Quality Objectives
All of the customer claims for containerized damaged cargoes are responded within 7 working days upon receipt of the claim letter and documents.


Department's Objectives
(A)To introduce to participants the vital role of all the commercial undertakings in the Authority.
(B)To instill awareness on insurance claims’ matters, procedures and guidelines.
(C)To deliver all expectations with its full commitments to achieve our vision and mission.
(D)To prepare Marketing Plans and conduct marketing activities, identify trade and trade-related growth opportunities to increase throughputs and port revenues.
(E)To manage the Authority’s Commercial matters and Customer Services and working closely with existing and new customers associates with further port expansion and current business.
(F)To study competitors’ performance, facilities and services, market trades and customer demand in line to review and monitor the quality of services and facilities provided to customers.
(G)To develop new business opportunities and the management of relationship involving shipping agents, forwarding events, hauliers, importers and exporters, port operations, etc.
(H)Any other daily as introduces or required by the top management from time to time.
